Isn't it nice when someone says "that's a great piece of kit, where did you buy that", then you can modestly reply "you can't buy it, I made it myself". The moral is, it's amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.

thanks for comments..the hatchet is my G.B wildlife,you might remember it with a different helv...i've had a bit of a helv fetish recently,never really happy with the finish or fit so i carved myself this one out of ash..i'm happy now..i think..atb kev
