    Hi,
Am sure Fish will advise - he's a good bloke.
    Have a look here http://slingshot-shooting.de/ and http://slingshotforum.com/

Tubes are good + last longer than flat bands. Its all down to personal preference. If you are new to cattys, don't go for the most powerful bands/tubes at first - weaker bands are more accurate, this will build your confidence, then go for something stronger. Accurate shooting takes lots of practice. Ammo can be expensive, I use steel hex m8 or M10 nuts from Screwfix and a catch box for practice.

I see the page on http://slingshot-shooting.de/constru...er/rubber.html but still no link to buy any of the rubber bands or sheets. Does anyone know where these can be found/bought (besides the football bladder at the bottom of that page)?
