a few spoons and a bowl or two

i only had a couple of days of over the festive period so set to and made a couple of spoons out of cherry and a bowl out of horse chestnut, the bowl is drying out so i wont finish it for a few months....if it doesent crack.
the other spoon i made yesterday from a piece of apple limb,it came from the oldest apple tree we have in the garden, well over 100yrs old.
the leaf shaped dish i made today again from apple....thanks for looking..atb kev

Nice work there. I like the simplicity of the dish, would work very nicely with all the eggs my chickens seem to keep chucking out at the moment.

in total about 8hrs on the bowl,4hrs on the leaf dish and between 3-6 hours on each spoon..i take my time to get the best finish i can,i not been carving for long so every one is a learning curve and i'm allways trying to better the last one ie time technique etc....atb kev
