    i just got this today i realy like the crusade cooking unit as i can use my esbit pots on it aswell as my cup

    thanks mate yer crazysaint come round he had a brass one tho he didnt tell me the tops get that hot lol the green one has the led light on the bottom of it

    To be honest, I've never touched the top of mine to feel how hot it gets lol. I take it everywhere with me now. I like the idea of the LED in the bottom, sounds useful.

    the led will last about 40 hr so they say i allso have the oil insert

    The oil insert is great. Much cheaper to fill with oil than buying candles all the time

    Another thumbs up for the UCO lantern, they are a fantastic little bit of kit. Didn't know about the oil insert so will have a look at that one, cheers.
