I just got, one of those Czech army bedrolls, and a Belgian sleepmat, from Military Mart. Excellent service as usual, ordered on Tuesday morning, arrived today.

Brand new mosi net. Originally for US/British military cots but I think with a bit of jiggery pokery I can adapt it to fit my hammock rig too...£9.95 from flea bay - cheaper than mosi net material !!

Leatherman Crater C33 (DK version w.o. one hand assist); http://www.leatherman.com/product/c33/c33x one of the best small folders for your buck imho.

Every mile on a river takes you further from home than every hundred miles on a road.

I hope thats a birchbark canoe in your pocket.... - I guess i should give some credit to Metal Mug

To be honest its normally the other way around...I get home and there's new curtains or some big box by the front door... Got a Gopro HD a few weeks back which is brilliant, but as long as she gets to use it too I don't get beaten too badly!

Got some stuff from Poundland, like one large stash bag, a 500Cl water bottle, and a foldable water carrier, quite large for a quid.

A Paramo Aspira Jacket from the Paramo 2nds shop on Ebay. Paid £99 instead of the retail price of £290. Apparently, this was used in a photo shoot or as a rep's sample.
