Thanks Jakob. I may have to add a Haglofs fleece to my collection then.

Have ordered these... "King Pole Set 180cm" Misc.; £12.99. From Amazon they are a pair and have very good reviews, collapse into 2ft sections, just thought you would like to know. John (shakya)

A tow bar for the wifes car as my pride and joy (Shogun) is up for sale. How is this bushcraft related? Well her car is so small that the only way we will get the gear to the meets is by using a trailer

Oh the joys of family poshcrafting

0.5 Lt Gelert pot with foldable handles. I should be able to use this as a cup, and a cooking pot, and is light. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...00_i00_details
Trangia Spirit Burner. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...00_i00_details Going light on this, since my stove is about 1 kilo and a half, I think I'll rething that one.

    EDIT:
@ Jus_young. Is that Shogun that expensive to run? I been looking at buying a 4x4, and the Shogun was one of the ones I been interested, but I haven't made my research yet.

If you just want something to carry a couple of people and all possible pieces of kit, go for a Suzuki Vitara LWB. You'll get 30mpg out of it, it's solid and easy to maintain, can be picked up cheap, and very, very capable off road, plus even though it's a 1.6 16v, it'll leave a v6 Shogun for dead off the mark . I've had two of them, the JLX EX LWB and a GV 1600 sport. The older ones handle a lot better than the newer ones too, so less chance of rolling it off road.
