    Thanks for the tip. I'll look for the spinners next time I head out. I spooled the reel with Stren Magnathin 4 lb test. Seemed to give me a good feel when I was pulling in the 9 inch perch the other night. I could feel the fish tearing apart my worm on the hook, but nothing was taking the hook in. Really annoying, but still fun being out on the water.

    just go this from bch in bath great shop http://www.bchcamping.co.uk/Products...VE-HOOPED-BIVI not shore i want to go back as it seams to whip the money out me pockets they have loads of stock in store aswell as on line

    For anyone in the market for a backpacking tent, Field and Trek have the Vango Banshee 300 on sale at the minute for £98.00. So, I called at my local Go Outdoors and asked them to price match, which they were glad to do minus a further 10%.

    Walked away with my new purchase for £88.20

    I very much like the look of that.

    See this is the problem with being amongst such excellent fellows who find some great kit - I already have a perfectly good kettle but now I'm wanting one of these. Czech bed rolls first though. Yes I too have been tempted
