    Food Smokers

Food / Meat smokers - There seems to be two types. "Hot" smokers and "cold" smokers

Has anyone got any plans for them?

I'm looking into making a cold smoker for smoking fish, meat, cheese, garlic and wotnot. Not got any plans as such, although done quite a bit of research and will be drawing up some plans soon. More than happy to share them when they're complete, although can't promise it'll work!

You can buy plans for a cold smoker from here http://www.coldsmoking.co.uk/ and it has tons of good advice, but I like designing things myself so drawing up my own, although I'll let myself be "inspired" by the pictures!
