There is a Badgers sett 400yds from my house on private farmland. I should really ask for permission to view them, the farmer seems friendly enough when I go by his house on the public right of way/path.

On the way home from Scouts last night, my 10 year old in the passenger seat, and a Red Deer jumped straight out from the copse we were passing in front of the van. Anchors on and watched this beauty walk across the road into the field opposite. The look on my lads face was priceless and to quote him 'THAT WAS EPIC!!!'

The rest of the trip home consisted of home telling me how great he thought it was and how he will 'never forget it in his whole life'.

    Magic moments.
