Smile My DIY BushBuddy stove for under £2

I was able to complete a little project & video today.
Over the last few months I've been seriously considering buying a Bushbuddy or Bushcooker, but they're a lot of money, so I thought I'd have a go at making one myself. As a first attempt it's not bad, but naturally there are things I will do differently on the next one. You live & learn as they say.

Here's how I did it. I hope you like it.

    Cheers Paul.
It boiled a cup of water in minutes, much faster than my hobo stove. Sods law, the phone ran out of juice before the water went on.

That is very good i like the way you made it, and filmed it, also it worked out a lot cheaper than my wood gasification stove that my Mrs got me for Xmas.

Love it, great work. Now I've got to get to Aldi and buy some food.

Majestic indeed. Can't wait to have a cuppa brewed on that.

Great video, enjoy your new stove and at a big discount, Wish I could produce a video of that quality

I made one very similar and it burns the fuel to dust with little smoke, so cheap and light I made a new one and took it to Italy used it then dropped it in a bin before flying home (no dirt/smells in my suitcase)
Campfires are best shared with friends.

Out of interest Paul, did you have chicken soup, tuna and mandarin segments for tea cooked on the stove?
