    Flood warning in Cornwall

    Hi guys.
I know that there are a lot of fellas on here based in Cornwall and I have just seen on Sky News that there had been a severe flood warning issued for Cornwall.

So to all the Cornish guys and gals on here please take care and stay safe.

Remember, take all your bushcraft gear to an upstairs bedroom, cover your knives and axes in oil so that they don't rust and if you do get flooded out and have to make an insurance claim - you bought all your kit from Woodlore!!

Secondly, (and ONLY after you have got your gear safe) take the wife and kids upstairs to a place of safety!!

Seriously tho fellas please stay safe and well and keep out of the floods.

Good luck and best wishes to you all.

    Ade.

That low pressure system is on it's way across the North Sea to south Norway right now. They are going to have an interesting Sunday/Monday.

Defeat is an absolute consequense for the one that have neglected to do the necessary preparations - bad luck we call it

Been on a call out late this evening and it made for some interesting driving. Pretty much spent the last 4 days driving through floods between home and Exeter. I have never seen anything quite so bad but there will probably be hosepipe bans early next year

Thankfully we've got a reprieve from the rain...
Had i all night, ended about 8 this morning... Had clear blue sky since, but it is cold, so risk of ice later.....

Ad as said by a few others, stay safe down there...
