    Mountain Equipment - Customer Care

I would just like to share my experience with Mountain Equipment.

I recently purchased a Mountain Equipment Xero 350 sleeping bag on eBay for £175 (RRP £280). Seller said it was brand new without packaging/stuff sacks. I'm not sure if it was brand new ore not but it looked in pristine condition to me so I was very happy for price.

I contacted Mountain Equipment to see if it was possible to purchase replacement stuff and compressions sacks from them, fully expecting them to charge for them including postage however there customer care rep replied and simply asked for my address so I asked how much they would be and she said there would be no charge for them or postage! They never even asked for POP or anything, now how is that for service!?!
