    Find me a Sterno stove?

I looked at the sterno stove for my Bushcraft EDC bag to use with my trangia burner. But I can't find it online to buy. On that action site they want 40-105US$ shipping to Norway for a 10$ product. And Amazon don't ship to Norway...

Any ideas where i may find one for sale online , or perhaps you have one to trade away?

    Hi,
Thought about using a small paint tin e.g a varnish tin - and using 3 nails as the pot stand by putting them in the pot? Presumably you can get hold of sterno or alcohol jelly (hand sanitiser might work too)?

I can send you the pot stand from a sterno type stove if that helps?

    Best wishes

    Thanks - interesting.

What about using these http://www.backpackinglight.co.uk/pr....asp?PageID=99 in the burner with a folding windshield?
http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/29073...bar&adtype=pla - or one of the foil types?

I find that the trivet works really well with a trangia

Yup, that is just insane...another one wanted 105US$ to send that 10$ item here...
You really have to watch out for that. If an item is very cheap, lets say you win an auction paying a few dollars for something
that should cost a lot more, they usually slap on atrocious shipping costs...

Actually that one I would like to report to Ebay...

I allready ordered a folding wind shield. My Trangia burner is really a trangia rip off, so I don't know if that thing will fit. But that is something I could make with a hack saw.
Actually Mick from JesterBushcraft resently posted a video where he shows how to make some from the blanking plate from a computer that covers the bays for extra cards for the puter:
