I helped a handful of Cubs learn to light a fire and then cook dough twists over it

Recorded my latest segment for this months Urban Bushcraft Podcast.

Plus, my bag is all packed for tomorrow's overnighter at my new potential semi-permanent winter camp site.

Just got home from a night in the woods. Made a woven hazel fire reflector, worked extremely well.....

Today I went into my garage and sorted out about 80 purse nets, 3 long nets and about 150 ready to use snares, I then sorted out 2 bergans, 2 daysacks and some of me fishing kit as had to make 3 lure kits for Xmas presents, while sorting it all out I got the wild gasification stove burning to boil some soup, in the end I only managed to sort half of the garage will have to sort the rest of it another time.

I made a Festive wreath from all natural materials. Willow and Hazel for the hoop then I filled with leylandii, ivy, holly and some pheasant feathers.

Today i'll mostly be wiring up the auxilliary lights on my truck and checking all the winter equipment (tow rope, tinder, fuel, drinks, shovel, food etc) before I need it
