    Handline

    This is my first attempt at a handline. I turned it from sweet chestnut, gave it a few coats of danish oil and loaded it with 50+ yards of 7lb line. As you can see there's plenty of room for the float, swivels, hooks, ledgers, float rubbers and spinner. I liked making this and will be making a few more out of apple, cherry and oak, slightly different designs. See what you think.Click image for larger version.
