    Fun fact: Half of these pictures are taken with my Canon EOS 500D with either my 28-135 mm or 50 mm macro - the other half are done with my really crappy cell phone camera.
    From time to time I teach a little photography, I usually show these photos and ask my student to tell me which are which. I do this, in order to make them understand the single most important fact of photography; if you understand the three basic concepts; light, composition and depht of field, then it is secondary what hardware your use. Or, as I often put it; "Good photos are created by you, not by the camera!"

    Yes mate, twas a shot of wistmans wood taken using the camera+ app rather than the built in camera app. You can also edit pics before saving to the camera roll. For this one I used the miniaturize feature to draw your eyes into the wood
