Lightbulb Wild Food List for August (UK)

I've just published a new wild-food list to the website, as always the list can be found on the left-hand side of the main website and here is a direct link to the article: http://www.naturalbushcraft.co.uk/wi...august-uk.html

This list is by no means comprehensive and I don't claim to be a wild-food expert so please do your own research & checks before consuming.

    Cheers Ash

The bilberries are all pretty much gone by now, June/July is the best time for them.
Don't forgot many of the sorrels are about most of the year, a fine addition to any slow baked fish dish or salad.
Vetch is still producing seed pods quite nicely at the moment too.
